  • Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Our carriers are Colissimo and UPS.

  • Click & Collect: your order will be ready within 24 to 48 hours, depending on in-store availability. We will let you know by email and/or phone. Orders can be picked up within 45 days. After that, items are returned to stock and no refund is issued.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, volume and destination. Shipping is free on orders over €200 within mainland France. For international orders, any customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have a 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the day you receive your order (or from the first delivery attempt).

  • Cosmetics, personalized items and made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returns must reach us in their original packaging to avoid breakage. Items that arrive broken will not be accepted or refunded. For returns sent from outside the EU, any customs duties will be deducted from your refund.

FINDING YOUR RING SIZE

Inside diameter: Take a ring that already fits your finger and measure its inside diameter. 

Finger circumference: Use a tape measure to measure the circumference of your finger. If you don’t have one, use a strip of paper or a piece of string no thicker than 0.5 mm, then measure the length of the paper or string with a ruler. Use the chart above to compare your measurements in mm.
