The French House of Wax is a house of Master Wax Makers, heir for four generations to a unique and centuries-old family know-how, custodian of the traditions, values ​​of wax makers and production techniques which are, for some, no longer used in today, in the great tradition of “handmade”. Each of the waxes, mineral or vegetable, is of superior food quality, the wicks are made of pure cotton. Each of the materials that make up our waxes have been rigorously tested, selected and have been the subject of a particular choice based on the fragrances. The “paste”, a unique mixture, is specially developed for each fragrance, so that they can express themselves with accuracy and balance. The timpani of our candles benefit from our know-how in the field of porcelain . Like all our porcelain objects, the plaster or earthenware models of our timpani are sculpted and engraved by hand in our workshop in Paris. From this shape, we create a mold which is sent to Limoges to a family factory where all the timpani will then be produced in accordance with traditional techniques.
