Available in matte or enameled finish.

We recommend tightening the screws gently by hand so as not to break the porcelain.

Technical information

  • Seul le cache-domino en porcelaine est fourni. Le crochet de plafond n’est pas inclus. Façonné à la main en porcelaine, votre cache-domino demande une pose attentive. Nous vous recommandons de le fixer exclusivement à l’aide d’un tournevis manuel : la puissance d’une visseuse électrique pourrait fendre ou briser la porcelaine. Même à la main, ne vissez pas jusqu’en butée. Un serrage mesuré, arrêté dès que le cache est maintenu, suffit à le fixer tout en préservant la délicatesse de la pièce.

Care

  • Gently dust your Limoges porcelain ceiling rose with a soft microfiber cloth. For a deeper clean, use a soft white cloth lightly dampened with lukewarm water and mild soap. Rinse with a clean, damp cloth, then dry carefully with a soft, lint-free cloth

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Our carriers are Colissimo and UPS.

  • Click & Collect: your order will be ready within 24 to 48 hours, depending on in-store availability. We will let you know by email and/or phone. Orders can be picked up within 45 days. After that, items are returned to stock and no refund is issued.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, volume and destination. Shipping is free on orders over €200 within mainland France. For international orders, any customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have a 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the day you receive your order (or from the first delivery attempt).

  • Cosmetics, personalized items and made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returns must reach us in their original packaging to avoid breakage. Items that arrive broken will not be accepted or refunded. For returns sent from outside the EU, any customs duties will be deducted from your refund.
