Lutèce white porcelain portable lamp

This lantern is inspired by the Louis XVI style cylindrical lanterns which lit the vestibules and entrance halls of Parisian buildings. These ceiling lights, in the shape of a round cage, could be opened to light candles. It is resolutely refined, but retains, as a sign of its origin, the four vertical uprights which held the ornate structure. Its more modest size will make it an elegant bedside lamp in a contemporary interior, with a touch of the old.

Mounted with a 3m electrical cord with a switch and a socket.
