Promo Codes

Promotional codes (which are distributed during particular promotional periods, and which cannot be purchased) are valid for a certain period, and over a specific period. Single-use promotional codes can only be used once. Such a code will no longer be usable for a new order, even if the order has been canceled or returned to us. To benefit from a promotional code, you must enter this code in the box provided for this purpose when validating your purchase. Promotional codes do not always apply to all products. Generally, promotional codes cannot be combined with each other. Some promotional codes are subject to a minimum order amount.

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Promo codes cannot be used retroactively, i.e. after the order has been placed.

If a promotional code entitles you to a reduction on the order (e.g. €10 reduction code), the amount of the discount will be distributed across all the products making up the order. If the customer were to return one or more items, we will refund the discounted price of the item that was returned.
