Delivery

Packages are generally prepared within 5 to 7 days, Monday to Friday, from Limoges.
 Delivery times may be longer in busy periods.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

If the order contains personalized items or items made to order, the entire order will be shipped once ready, and cannot be separated.

Personalized items and plaster casts take 1 month to be made in our workshop, excluding shipping, and this time cannot be shortened.

Gift packs are limited to 3 per order, for a total of 3 euros. We do not send paper bags for reasons of weight.

They are then given to the Post Office by the Colissimo service, which takes charge of shipping.

Metropolitan France and Monaco: 72h (2 working days), depending on traffic.

Outside metropolitan France and nearby Europe, we use UPS services.

Overseas: 5 to 7 days, depending on destination and traffic.

International: 4 to 8 days, depending on destination, traffic and customs.

Within French overseas departments and territories: 72h (2 working days), depending on traffic.

Track your order with the tracking number indicated in the shipping email.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage (a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of your order).

However, Alix D. Reynis cannot be held responsible for delays due to: suspension of service by our carriers, or customs procedures for shipments abroad.

Additional charges may apply for islands on the European continent. Please note that our shipping charges do not include customs fees sometimes charged by certain countries, over which we unfortunately have no control.

Returns and exchange

You have 14 days to exercise your right of retraction and complaint. This period runs from receipt of your order or the first delivery attempt. Cosmetics, personalized items and jewelry made to order cannot be returned or exchanged. Once the order has been validated, the personalized item or jewelry made to order cannot be reimbursed.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Generate your return slip on the Colissimo website or elsewhere, then send us your request and order number by email, along with proof of shipment. To avoid any risk of breakage, all returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging to the following address:

If we find any breakage on receipt of your return, the item will not be exchanged or reimbursed.
