Médicis scented candle Byzance - woody notes 60h

A shower of stars over a caravanserai. The air is warm. The scent of leather escapes from the stables as precious objects and exotic woods brought from Byzantium are unpacked. Amid the vapors of oud, vanilla, and sandalwood, a pause before the caravan stirs, leaving behind a warm and sensual fragrance.
Alix Depondt-Reynis seeks the soul of objects from the past, drawing inspiration from historical forms for her creations. The *Médicis* scented candle takes on the mythical silhouette of 16th-century Medici vases. Each fragrance has been exclusively developed for Maison Alix D. Reynis by a master perfumer from Grasse. The wax is made from vegetable oils, and the wicks are pure cotton.
Once the candle has burned down, the container can be repurposed as a vase, tumbler, or pot, thanks to its elegant lid, sold separately.

Directions for use : so that the candle burns evenly, it is advisable to let the wax melt to the edges of the cup and cut the wick regularly before using it to prevent it from giving off black smoke. The tumbler can be reused once the candle is finished and completed with the others in the collection. Clean it in hot, soapy water or in the dishwasher to remove any remaining wax.
