Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date of confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to follow the delivery of your parcel.
For in-store pickup (Click & Collect), your order will be ready within 24 to 48 hours, subject to product availability in the boutique. You will be notified by phone and/or email as soon as your order is ready for collection. You have 45 days to collect your order. After this period, the products will be returned to stock and no refund request will be accepted.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of your order as well as your location. They are automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping is complimentary for orders over €200.00 within Metropolitan France only.
For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for further information.

Returns and exchanges
You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and to submit a claim. This period begins on the date you receive your order or on the date of the first delivery attempt.
Cosmetics, as well as personalized items and made-to-order jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged. Once the order has been confirmed, any personalized or made-to-order item or piece of jewelry cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. In the event of a return from a country outside the European Union or requiring customs clearance, all customs duties, import taxes, levies, or any related administrative fees shall remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Should any customs duties or taxes be charged upon receipt of the return at our manufacture, such amounts will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
Please inform us by email at help@alixdreynis.com of your request (refund or exchange), your order number, and provide proof of shipment.
To avoid any risk of damage, all returned items must be sent back in their original packaging to the following address:

If we observe any damage upon receipt of your return, the item will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
