Delivery and returns

Delivery
Packages are generally prepared within 2 to 5 days from Tuesday to Friday, from Limoges. Delivery times may be extended in the event of high demand or unavailability of the ordered item.
We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order.
If the order contains personalized or custom-made items, the entire order will be shipped once ready; it cannot be separated. Personalized and plaster items take 1 month to be made in our workshop, excluding shipping; this time cannot be shortened.
Gift packages are limited to three per order for a total of €3. We do not send paper bags due to logistical reasons related to volumetric weight, and we do not have the resources to write a personalized note for gifts.
They are then handed over to the Post Office by the Colissimo service, which takes care of the shipping.
Metropolitan France and Monaco: 72 hours (2 working days), depending on traffic.
Outside of mainland France and nearby Europe, we use UPS services.
Overseas: 5 to 7 days depending on the destination and crowds.
International: 4 to 8 days depending on destination, traffic and customs services.
Within the French overseas territories and local authorities: 72 hours (2 working days) depending on traffic.
Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping email. Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage (a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the weight of your order). Our team will endeavor to meet the delivery deadlines mentioned. However, Alix D. Reynis cannot be held responsible for delays due to: suspensions of service by our carriers or customs procedures when shipping abroad.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees sometimes charged by certain countries, fees over which we unfortunately have no control. Additional charges may apply for islands on the European continent.

Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and complaint. This period begins upon receipt of your order or the first delivery attempt. Cosmetics, personalized items, and custom-made jewelry will not be returned or exchanged. Once the order has been validated, the personalized/custom-made item or jewelry will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Generate your return slip on the Colissimo website or elsewhere, then send us your request and order number by email, along with proof of shipment. To avoid any risk of breakage, all returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging to the following address:

If we notice any breakage upon receipt of your return, the item will not be exchanged or refunded.
