When you purchase your jewelry, a certificate of authenticity attesting to their origin and their date of purchase will be given to you.

Our silver-gilt jewelry, new or archived, is guaranteed for 6 months for any problem of abnormal wear or breakage. Simple re-gilding is not included in this warranty. Silver being a soft metal, it is not recommended to tighten and tighten your bangle constantly, at the risk of breaking it.

You will benefit from this guarantee on condition that you bring us the certificate of authenticity given when you purchased your jewelry, on which the date of purchase appears. Without the latter, the warranty will not apply.

We advise you to return the piece to the store where it was purchased, or to contact our online after-sales service at bonjour@alixdreynis.com if the jewelry was purchased on our website, and with your reseller if it was purchased from one of them. Depending on our stocks, the part will either be exchanged or repaired (allow 2 months for a repair).

For any other request for repair of your jewelry more than 6 months after their purchase, here is an indicative table of prices linked to their restoration and re-gilding.

NB: The patina may fade over time, and is considered natural wear. How quickly it disappears depends on how the jewelry is cared for (see our care advice for vermeil jewelry).
