Alix D Reynis manufactures and markets porcelain objects and vermeil jewelry throughout the world, sold under the “Alix D Reynis” brand.

The Customer and Alix D Reynis agree that their commercial relations will be governed exclusively by these General Conditions of Sale.

Article 6. - Payment Conditions

Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering. The customer will make payment by credit card. In the event that it is impossible to debit the total amount to be paid, the Customer will be asked to start the payment process again. If the impossibility of debiting is confirmed, the online sale will be immediately canceled automatically and the order will be canceled. Article 7. - Delivery of the Order

Failure to file a complaint within the aforementioned period extinguishes any action against the carrier in accordance with article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code.
